The second Franklin Cultural Festival, presented by the Franklin Cultural Council took place on Saturday, September 10th, with warm, sunny weather and even and an even bigger crowd than last year. The event, which featured artists, entertainment and cultural organizations within the town of Franklin, was also supported by the Town of Franklin and many business and individual sponsors, as well as a line item in the state budget, secured by Sen. Rausch.
