We are so happy that The Enclave of Franklin is home to Frances Bouchard (102) and George Whiting (100).  Their unique experiences, from Frances’s large family who visits daily and her warm spirit to George’s farming and musical skills, undoubtedly enrich the lives of everyone around them. Celebrating National Centenarian’s Day on September 22 with them will surely was a memorable and honorable day for everyone around them!
